Layer One
Your Journey to Playing Bigger
You’ll experience the playing big journey & tools for yourself. You’ll identify what playing bigger means for you at this phase in your life and career, learn how to quiet your inner critic, discover your inner mentor, unhook from praise and criticism, hone your negotiation skills and improve your professional communication.
Layer Two
Supporting Others to Play Bigger
You’ll receive training to use the Playing Big tools and model to better support others – whether your clients, team members, or mentees. You’ll develop skills that will enable you to bring more value to them, experience more meaning in your work, and differentiate your business or leadership style.
This training is accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) for 46.5 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units.
